I wish you could see yourself the way I see you

I never liked the expression “Your network is your net worth.”, I especially never understood why I had to pick my friends based on their accomplishments in life or the opportunities they might bring to us through their connection.

I always chose those who were good for my soul, who made me feel comfortable enough to be myself with, and whose eyes sparkled when they talked about…
